Home Health Care refers to the broad range of medical, rehabilitative, personal and social services provided to people who are recovering from injury and illness, or require assistance in performing essential daily activities. Assistance is provided in one's own home and covers all three levels of care; skilled nursing care, intermediate care, and custodial care (personal care).
