Guaranteed Life Is a graded death benefit whole life insurance plan. Graded death benefit means death benefits from natural causes during the first two policy years are limited if you are 65 or older, or three years if 64 or younger. Benefits during this period would constitute a full refund or premiums plus 12% interest. However, if you die accidentally at anytime your policy is in force, plan will pay 100% of the face amount you selected. If accidental death occurs during graded benefit period you receive 100% of face amount plus return of all premiums paid. What makes this plan unique is the policy is guaranteed issue, which means no health questions to answer, no medical examination, no attending physician's statement, no lab tests. This policy is the only solution for people interested in purchasing life insurance benefits with restrictive medical conditions, everybody qualifies.

Cash and Loan Values

In addition to providing you with the insurance protection, your policy will build Cash and Loan Values.

  • Cash Value means you can surrender your policy…return it to Gerber Life…and receive immediate cash. The amount depends on your premium payment and how long you have had your policy.
  • Loan Value means you can borrow money and still keep your policy. You borrow from your Cash Value…at a low interest rate.
  • Paid-up Insurance allows you to stop paying premiums and still keep some insurance. The amount depends on how long you have had your policy, and the premiums you have been paying.

* LIMITATIONS:
Death is not considered accidental if it occurs more than 90 days after the accident; if it is contributed to by: disease, illness or mental infirmity; use of drugs unless prescribed by a physician; act of war; air travel other then as a fare paying passenger on a commercial airline.

In the event of suicide during the first two years of coverage, benefits are limited to the return of premiums paid.
